To receive the government room rate, mention when making reservations
that you are attending the NASA Facility Engineering and Real Property
Conference.
Government employees will be tax exempt as long as they provide travel
orders, government identification and pay for the room with a government
card.
There are two ways to make your reservations:

It is highly advised that reservations be made early. Reservations will
be accepted at the group rate until Wednesday, April 25, 2007 or until
the block is full. If you do not make your reservations by the cut off
date, you will not be guaranteed the group rate and will be subjected
to the best available rate at that time.
Rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout for attendees who fail
to make their reservations using Room Block Code "NASA 2007 Facilities Conference".
A major credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation. To
cancel a reservation, you must contact the hotel directly 72 yours in
advance.
Early Departure Fee: In the event that you check-out prior to your
reserved date, you will be assessed a fee. Guests wishing to avoid an
early check-out fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of
any change in the planned length of stay.
